We’ve all been on many different plans and well, failed right? But here’s the question, is your failure on a previous diet derailing this one? Are you letting the time you went over on points that one week, or ate a donut during a low-carb phase, or the time you skipped exercising one day and it turned into 3 years of inactivity, haunt your current commitment to a healthy lifestyle? In the spirit of Halloweenwe’re going to exorcise the ghosts of diets past!
Old Low Carb – Ate nothing but meat, cheese pork rinds. Be GONE! This time we’re incorporating fresh veggies and lower fat meats.
Old Low Cal – Ate nothing but zero calorie vegetable soup until we gorged on potato chips. Be GONE! This time we understand that 800 calories a day is the recipe for a major gorging. Food is fuel and we’re going to put high grade in the tank.
Old Fitness Plan – Day One did weights, cardio, pilates. Day two did couch, day three did couch, day four did couch. Be GONE! This time we’re alternating 30 mins. cardio one day, 30 minutes muscle building the next.
Old Response to Dieting Disappointments – We’ll I cheated so I quit, well I didn’t lose this week so I quit, well my abs still look like a jello so I quit. Be GONE! I get knocked down but I GET UP AGAIN.
